Within an 8-week period, we successfully secured 35 consultants for various business and technology transformation consultants, encompassing senior and junior levels with retail banking and mortgages/savings experience. Our efforts supported critical projects including Workday and MS Dynamics implementations, along with roles spanning from junior project support to program director and procurement director positions.

The program has achieved all key milestones thus far and is due to run for a 24-month period, underscoring our commitment to facilitating our client's transformation journey
