A mission-driven organization is seeking a VP of Growth to lead its partnerships team and drive expansion in the public sector and nonprofit space.

This role will define and execute the Go-to-Market strategy, build an outbound GTM engine, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for government and nonprofit clients.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team focused on the public sector.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in state and local governments and nonprofits.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and high-level client meetings.
  • Align product strategy with client needs and emerging market trends.

About You

  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles with a strong record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or tech-enabled services, ideally in civic tech or social impact.
  • Expertise in government procurement processes and SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets.
  • Strong relationships with system integrators, resellers, and channel partners.
  • Recognized thought leader with experience in public sector sales and mission-driven initiatives.
  • Passionate about equitable access to aid and supporting vulnerable communities.
