As a Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and high-performance CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive technical designs and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and customization requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, providing hands-on technical expertise and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to design and implement integrations with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Guide the customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific client requirements, including workflow design, business process flows, and entity customization.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation related to system architecture, configurations, and customizations. 
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality and performance of CRM solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the development team and clients, providing technical insights, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and relevant technologies such as Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be a plus.
