My client, a New York based Tech Start-up, has a need for an experienced and motivated Head of Engineering to lead and scale their technical team.
You will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our AI-powered simulation platform. You will work closely with the product team to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices in development and architecture.
- Architect and build scalable back-end services using Python.
- Oversee front-end development using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions.
