As an EDI Analyst, you will play a key role in driving organizational success by working alongside cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, enhance workflows, and implement innovative solutions. You will be a trusted partner to business stakeholders, IT professionals, and developers, making a significant impact by ensuring the seamless integration of technology and business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams. Gather insights, identify requirements, and foster strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze industry data, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and financial metrics to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Use your expertise in business process modeling to identify areas for improvement. Perform gap analysis to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and optimize processes.
- Documentation & Communication: Craft clear, comprehensive documentation that serves as the foundation for project success. Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and detailed system specifications to communicate complex technical solutions in an accessible way.
- Evaluate & Enhance Applications: Assess the effectiveness of existing application products and suggest enhancements or alternatives that better serve business needs and drive results.
- Precise System Specifications: Write clear, detailed technical specifications for interface programs, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
- EDI & Data Analysis: Engage in data mapping, troubleshoot integration issues, and gather requirements for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) projects to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
